How do I return or change my piece of jewelry?

Rest assured, no problem.

You have 15 days to change or return your jewelry. Just fill out the form , wrap and protect the piece well and return it to us in perfect condition. It's very easy:

1 - Request the return through the form above by entering your email and indicating which jewel you want to return (with the order number that you can find in the email that we provided when making your purchase) . We will answer you shortly, in case we don't, call us to check that there has not been a technical problem with the mail: (+34) 676 64 35 69.

2 - Prepare your return. Wraps and protects the jewelry well, in its original packaging. Remember that the jewelry must be in perfect condition, we will thank you for taking care of it.

3 - We will send you a carrier who will pick up the package. From Roosik & Co we will arrange a collection day. The package must be tightly closed and protected.

4 - Refund. The refund will be made through the same means of payment that you used within 14 working days from the time we receive the package and check that everything is in good condition. Once you have passed the quality control, we will refund the total amount of the jewel (except for the shipping and return costs that are borne by you).

    Are returns to Spain and the rest of the world free?

    We will refund the full amount of the jewel without any problem, but the shipping and return costs are at your expense.

    Does Roosik & Co. have after-sales service for its jewelry?

    At Roosik & Co we have a maintenance service that you can access for all those jewels purchased in our store. Maintenance is done biannually and you can request it through shop@roosik.com.
    We will provide the first service free of charge, but from the fourth year onwards you will also have a special price as a Roosik customer. Shipping costs, if any, would be borne by you.
