Shipments 

All orders for Spain are free. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days if the jewelry is in stock. 
    Orders within the EU, on the other hand, are free for purchases over 300€. The delivery period in most European Union countries is usually between 3 and 5 days if the jewel is in stock. For those orders placed outside the EU we will contact you to specify costs and estimated delivery period. The VAT corresponding to your country will be applied and you will have to pay it when the piece arrives.
     
     

    New VAT taxation for e-commerce

    In accordance with the new legislation, from 1 July 2021 purchases made through the online platform must be invoiced with the VAT corresponding to the country of destination of the piece.
      In both Spain and the rest of the European Union, VAT is already included in the price of the jewel and will be indicated on the invoice. For those purchases made from outside the European Union you must keep in mind that our prices will not include VAT to your country, which you will have to pay once you receive the jewel at home. Our web portal has a geolocation program that will adjust prices automatically.
       
       

      Returns

      Rest assured, no problem.

      You have 15 days
      to change or return your jewelry. Just fill out this form, wrap and protect the piece well and return it in perfect condition. És molt fàcil.

      The money back will be made through the means of payment within 14 working days from the moment we receive the package and check that everything is in good condition. We will refund the total amount of the jewel (except for shipping and return costs which are borne by you).

       

        What happens if a jewel breaks? Is there maintenance service at Roosik & Co?

         In Roosik & Co we have a maintenance service, as well as cleaning or repair, which you can access for all those jewels purchased in our store. Maintenance is done biannually, being the first free service, and you can request it through shop@roosik.com. Visit the section "Roosik warranty" for more information. Shipping costs, if necessary, would be borne by you.

        In any case, if you want to keep your jewelry and gemstones colored like the first day, the best thing you can do is prevent. We encourage you to visit our blog and the "Jewelry care".
           

          Can I order custom prints?

          Yes, we can record whatever you want. It could be your name or the name of the person you are giving the piece to, a special date, such as a wedding, birthday, or birth, or a few words that complement your jewelry. It will be unique.

          If it is one of our jewels, it is a free service, as long as it is possible to make an engraving on the piece in question.

            I don't know what size I need. I have to readjust a ring. How can I do that?

            Rest assured, you can follow these steps:

            1- Download our PDF and you can immediately check your ring size (and bracelet or pendants). It’s as easy as placing a ring on the sheet until it fits into one of the circles in the drawing.

            2- Do you still have doubts? Talk to us! We can guide you.

            If necessary we would send you a RING MESSURES
             for free like the ones we use in the store. Try which circle suits you best and tell us the number that is registered. Easy!

            And don't suffer in case you don't feel well, the size adjustments are free and are our responsibility.
