My name is Eva Olivares,

I am 33 years old and I was born in Girona, in the neighborhood of Sant Narcís. I studied Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Girona and after an intense career in the communication departments of companies in different sectors, such as Abertis, I decided to set up my own agency seven years ago now: EO! communication I have been married for nine years, and with my husband Martí we have two children: Quim, five years old, and Pep, one and a half years old. They are two children with infinite energy and a permanent smile on their lips, they are our engine.
My great hobby has always been cooking. As a child, I used to stand on the stool to help my parents cook. As I grew older, this passion returned to my life with force and in 2012 I opened the Evacuinera blog. Here he shared recipes that he illustrated with photographs of the preparation process. The posts I posted there started to be very successful and in 2015 I decided to open a YouTube channel with the same name, Evacuinera. Since then, every week I upload a video recipe, sometimes accompanied by great renowned chefs such as Fran Agudo, from the Tickets restaurant, or Joan Roca, from El Celler de Can Roca.

The Evacuinera project has gained great acceptance among the public and what was initially a hobby has gradually become my profession . Currently, I also create content for gastronomic brands that want to reach their customers thanks to the audiovisual world. As you can imagine, I really enjoy these projects where I can combine my two hobbies: communication and cooking.

I am a very positive woman with character , also always. At the time of my first communion it was fashionable to wear very large white dresses, almost wedding dresses! They didn't bother me. So, with my mother, we bought a dark blue dress, below the knees, with little white stars. When the expected day arrived and we all entered the church, the priest walked with a firm and serious step towards my parents. Alas, what reproaches awaited us... But it wasn't like that, he went to congratulate them for not being carried away by fashion and choosing a dress with personality and modesty.

It is important to be true to yourself and to have security to move forward.

Family is a big pillar for me. In fact, I always wear pearl earrings that my parents and sister gave me when I turned 30. I never take them off, it's a way to always have them by my side. I also keep a set of my grandmother's earrings and necklace with great care and love. The earrings are made of brilliants and, in the middle, they have a ruby. They remind me of that drive and elegance so characteristic of my grandmother and that I always keep in mind to be able to move forward. Thanks to all of them and a good handful of enthusiasm (for work, family, partner) I have been able to achieve my goals and overcome all obstacles.

Without passion... I wouldn't be me anymore!
