And you, what do you want to be when you grow up? What are you passionate about?
It took me years to find the answer to this very typical question that we adults tend to ask. In fact, I would never have imagined that the bitter feeling left by doubt and failure could become good engines when it comes to charting my personal road map and consequently my professional trajectory.

I studied Physiotherapy and Health Psychology, and specialized in Regenerative Therapy, which includes knowledge in Conscious Eating, Psychoneuroimmunology and Functional Movement. I have lived in Girona, Paris and the Canary Islands... And despite the learning, experiences and will of all these years, I was still frustrated by the fact of moving forward and not being able to give a clear answer to that question: "And you, what do you want be grown up

As a result of this discomfort, I started practicing Yoga.

I was looking for relaxation, a space to disconnect and take care of myself. I didn't know that, in that practice, I would find the cushion to sit on and sort out all the baggage I was carrying. Nor did I imagine that I would leave a stable job and go on a retreat to an ashram in South India.

There, I freed myself for months from all comfort and distraction. He slept on the floor, ate with his hands, lived with creatures that were in poor conditions and accepted the uncertainties of day to day. This allowed me to discover how important it is to move through life:

we have to cross it and not just tiptoe through it.

So, once I'm back in Girona, I decide to start BalanceArte , the project that currently allows me to integrate everything I've discovered, personally and professionally, throughout all these years. It's the best way I can think of to help people, especially women, to take care of themselves and awaken their own lives. And it is by accompanying them that I also manage to awaken my own health.

As a child, I would have liked to run away from that peculiar way we adults understand the world:

as if it were really necessary to have things clear in order to dare to do them, as if we had the virtue of being able to control in detail everything that presents itself to us!

Being aware of this learning could have spared me from experiencing many moments of uncertainty, fear, waiting for "what will happen"; also, it would have made me feel more proud and responsible for the path I was following.

Perhaps we should trust more in our steps, the ones that move us in the here and now, and also in all the possibilities that life can offer us. Be that as it may, what is clear to me is that I want to continue living in this passionate way, feeling and connecting with each new step I take !
