SHIPMENTS

Shipments to Spain

All orders for Spain are free of charge. The estimated delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days.

Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual during special periods (such as Christmas) or if there’s an external factor beyond our control that causes a delay in the Courier Service.

In some cases, we’ll contact you to arrange an estimated delivery time. The fact that we make the  piece of jewelry especially for you and that the whole process is by hand means that, in some cases, we might take a little longer to have your piece ready.

Shipments to Europe

Deliveries within Europe have a variable price of between 35 and 90 euros, depending on the insurance and shipment costs.

The delivery period in most European Union countries is usually between 10 and 15 days.

Shipments to the rest of the world

At present, our online store can only deliver to Spain and the rest of Europe.

But you can also send jewelry anywhere else in the world! Write to us at shop@roosik.com and we’ll explain how.

All deliveries are by insured courier; in Spain, Europe and the rest of the world.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How to return or exchange your piece of jewelry?

You have 15 days to exchange or return your jewelry. Just be sure to email us, wrap up and protect the piece well and return it to us in perfect condition.

  1. Request a return by email at shop@roosik.com or call us on (+34) 972 20 47 85.
  2. Prepare your return. Wrap and protect the piece of jewelry thoroughly, in its original packaging. Remember it must be in perfect condition; we’d be grateful if you could take the utmost care with it.
  3. We’ll send a courier to pick up the package. Roosik&Co will agree the date to pick up the package with you. It must be properly sealed and protected.
  4. Refund. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used when you bought the jewelry, within 14 working days from the time we receive the package and confirm it’s in good condition.

Are returns in Spain free?

Yes, they are.

Are returns in Europe and the rest of the world free?

No. The administration is free but any transport costs incurred when returning a piece of jewellery, as well as taxes and shipping insurance, would be at your own expense.

We can maintain and service your Roosik&Co jewellery free of charge for life. Ask for this service every one or two years at shop@roosik.com
